
STORE POLICY
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns.
If we shipped you the wrong product, please take a photograph of the item you received mistakenly and email it to us within 14 days of receiving your order at naturalhealingtrees.com. Please include your full name and order number. We will ship you the correct product after verifying that the wrong product was sent.
If you receive an order with breakage, please take a photograph of the exterior of the box and a photograph of the contents in case we need to make a claim with the carrier. Then contact us by email at naturalhealingtrees@gmail.com as soon as possible but no longer than 14 days after receiving your order, with your full name and order number, what items were broken, and whether you prefer a refund or replacement for those items. We will let you know if further information is needed.
Limitations
No refunds or replacements can be given if you do not contact us and notify us of an issue within 14 days of receiving your order.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SHIPPING
We do our best to ship orders within 2-5 days. Our products are handcrafted in small batches to create the freshest, most vibrant products possible. Occasionally an order may take longer to ship because a new batch of your product is being made; we will contact you via email if your order is significantly delayed.
Please note that our business week is Monday through Friday. we are closed on holidays and during inclement weather.
Shipping carrier options and prices are shown and can be selected during checkout. Please note that the number of days displayed with shipping options are days in transit with the carrier; they are in addition to the time it takes for us to pack and ship your order from our facility (generally 2-5 days).
Please remember to enter the shipping address appropriate for your selected carrier. For instance, if you select USPS and use a PO Box, please remember to use that address rather than your street address.
We are not responsible if you enter incorrect address information during checkout. If the address you enter at checkout is incorrect or missing information, such as an apartment number, and your package is returned to us, we will contact you by email for the correct address and you will need to pay the additional shipping cost to send your package again. We also cannot be held responsible if your package is delivered to an incorrect address you entered at checkout.
We are not responsible for missing, lost, or stolen packages after we have shipped your order. If your tracking information indicates that your shipment has been delivered but you do not have your package, please contact the carrier for assistance. If you would like to require a signature for delivery, please leave us a note during checkout and we will be happy to add that service to your shipment; additional carrier fees may apply.
We ship to the United States and Canada, Europe, the UK, and Australia The purchaser is solely responsible for any and all customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed on international shipments.
Every effort is made to pack your shipment with love and care, and we are proud to use environmentally-conscious packing materials as much as possible.
LOCAL PICK UP
We offer a pickup option at our production facility at Gouyave St John. Contact us for more information at naturalhealingtrees@gmail.com
To place a pickup order, shop our website as usual, add your items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and select "Pick Up" under Shipping.
You will receive an email when your items are ready for pickup at our facility, generally 1 - 4 days.
Pickup hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 4:30 pm.
